The Platform provides algorithmic trading automation tools and infrastructure that enable users to connect, configure, and execute trading instructions through third-party brokers and APIs of their choice.
AlgoTradeXMind is NOT a stockbroker, sub-broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, research analyst, or any other intermediary regulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ("SEBI Act"), the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, or any rules, regulations, or guidelines issued thereunder. We are not registered with SEBI or any other regulatory authority in any advisory or intermediary capacity.

Nothing contained on this Platform, in its documentation, marketing materials, communications, or software output constitutes or should be construed as:

4. No Handling of Funds
AlgoTradeXMind does not receive, hold, transfer, manage, disburse, or have any access to user funds, trading capital, profits, or losses at any time. All trading activity, fund settlement, and financial transactions occur exclusively through the user's chosen third-party broker. We bear no responsibility for transactions executed on third-party platforms.
5. Third-Party Broker Dependency
The Platform operates in conjunction with third-party brokers and trading platforms. AlgoTradeXMind does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the services, reliability, accuracy, availability, or regulatory compliance of any third-party broker or API provider. Users must independently verify that their chosen broker is registered with SEBI and complies with applicable laws.
6. Risk Disclosure — Please Read Carefully
Algorithmic and automated trading carries significant financial risk. By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Trading in securities, derivatives, commodities, or currencies involves the risk of substantial loss, including loss of your entire invested capital.
- Past performance of any trading system or strategy does not guarantee future results.
- Technical failures, connectivity issues, market disruptions, or errors in user-configured logic may result in unintended trades or losses.
- AlgoTradeXMind does not guarantee uptime, execution speed, or error-free operation of the Platform.

7. User Responsibility
Users are solely and entirely responsible for:
- all trading decisions made through the Platform;
- the accuracy and legality of any strategy or logic they configure;
- compliance with all applicable laws, SEBI regulations, broker terms, and tax obligations; and
- any financial outcome, profit, or loss arising from use of the Platform.
AlgoTradeXMind expressly disclaims all liability for any trading loss, financial damage, or regulatory penalty incurred by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AlgoTradeXMind, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, content, and technology constituting the AlgoTradeXMind platform are the exclusive intellectual property of AlgoTradeXMind and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for their personal algorithmic trading purposes in accordance with these terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
